Position Overview

Mark Young Construction, LLC (MYC) presents a remarkable opportunity for individuals interested in the field of Commercial Refrigeration. We are seeking motivated candidates to fill the role of Refrigeration Technician Trainee as we expand our operations.

As a Refrigeration Technician Trainee, you will collaborate closely with clients in the Retail Refrigeration sector and work alongside experienced team members.

**Training Provided for Entry-Level Candidates**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replace filters and clean condensers on self-contained refrigeration units
  • Support Service Technicians with modifications to refrigeration systems
  • Remove ice buildup from refrigerated display cases
  • Defrost walk-in cooler and freezer evaporator coils
  • Repair or replace damaged components of refrigeration cases
  • Install replacement fan motors as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess a clean driving record
  • Have access to and maintain all necessary tools for installation tasks
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with management and vendors
  • Willingness to travel as required

Compensation and Benefits:
