Job Description

Ent Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Member Service Representative. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, driving member satisfaction and retention, and helping members take full advantage of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality member service through accurate and professional face-to-face member transactions, including new member account creation, account file and card file maintenance, and basic Service Center Control Manual procedures.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of products and services available to members and regularly provide referrals to such products and services in all areas, including lending, investments, electronic banking, wealth management, and business banking.
  • Comply with safety and service standards defined in the Credit Union's Policies and Procedures documents, as well as financial regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
  • Meet job training requirements and maintain a cash drawer following procedures defined in the Credit Union's Cash Control Policy.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent.
  • 6+ months of customer service and cash handling experience, required.
  • Sales experience preferred.
Benefits

This position is eligible for an incentive plan and offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.10 - $21.42 (S10). The contractor is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.

This position is projected to start on 11/12/2024 and requires 2 weeks of mandatory paid training. Service Center will be determined upon hire and location will vary within El Paso County.
