About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities, and making sound decisions to resolve member issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve member account discrepancies and issues
  • Assist members with submitting loan and credit card applications
  • Counsel members on Navy Federal's products and services
  • Ensure accurate handling of cash and negotiable instruments
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and increase penetration
  • Perform platform-banking functions and maintain compliance with regulations

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of savings and checking products, accounts, and services
  • Effective active listening and communication skills
  • Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Desired experience in member/customer service, preferably in a call center, retail banking, or financial institution
