We are seeking a skilled Call Center Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
">Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
- Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling.
- Research systems to find missing information as applicable.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues when needed.
- Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.

- A competitive estimated salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
