The significance of math education in today's world cannot be overstated. Unfortunately, there is a prevalent notion that only a select few are destined to succeed in mathematics. This perception often leads to math being viewed with apprehension or as an optional pursuit, unlike reading.

Zearn aims to cultivate an environment where every child enjoys learning math.

Role Purpose: The Salesforce Operations Lead at Zearn is responsible for driving significant enhancements within Zearn's Salesforce framework by refining workflows, implementing creative solutions, and nurturing a cooperative atmosphere that enhances productivity and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:

Providing Support and Collaboration: Assist Zearn's Salesforce users to elevate productivity and overall performance.

  • Manage the assessment of sales and finance requests, ensuring efficient data delivery and timely responses.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify challenges, propose solutions based on best practices, and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Support, and Engineering, to develop solutions that benefit all departments and external systems.
  • Deliver training and ongoing education for users through onboarding sessions, workshops, and instructional videos.
  • Guide the sales team in utilizing sales tools and systems to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Create and maintain training materials, resources, and instructional videos.

Enhancing Zearn's Salesforce Environment: Utilize your extensive CRM knowledge to identify and implement improvements.

  • Develop Flows to automate tasks, actions, and complex business processes, adhering to best practices.
  • Conduct audits of the Salesforce environment to pinpoint areas for optimization, repurposing, and removal.
  • Stay informed about new tools and capabilities to uncover further improvement opportunities.
  • Assist Zearn in maximizing the effectiveness of third-party tools to streamline the sales process.
  • Evaluate existing tools for potential upgrades or replacements to address operational gaps.
  • Assess and establish cross-functional system integrations.

Leading a Team of Salesforce Specialists: Ensure team members have the necessary resources and support to perform their roles effectively.

  • Coordinate team projects and activities, setting priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Encourage a collaborative and productive team culture.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Challenges to Address:

  • In what ways can we further customize our Salesforce environment to meet our team's requirements?

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 annually.
