Job Summary

The Dispatch Service Coordinator role at Patterson Companies, Inc. requires a professional with strong autonomy to plan resources and schedule service requests efficiently. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for dispatching services, managing resources, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Essential Functions:

  • Triage customer calls and inquiries effectively.
  • Schedule service requests from clients or company personnel while ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Monitor and manage service orders assigned to technicians, ensuring timely completion and accurate invoicing.
  • Perform monthly CRM report reconciliations to maintain data accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with Branch Procurement Specialists on resource and project planning initiatives.
  • Demonstrate Patterson values and professionalism through consistent conduct.
  • Execute other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher preferred, or 2-5 years equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to positively contribute to the team environment by taking initiative to learn and improve skillsets.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SAP CRM platforms is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years dispatching and customer service experience, preferably in the dental industry.
  • Previous experience in project or resource coordination is beneficial.
  • Bookkeeping/accounting experience is an added advantage.
