Cleanroom Specialist

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience.

This critical role involves ensuring the proper cleaning of cleanrooms, controlled environments, and GMP laboratory areas. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines and continuously monitor cleaning procedures to ensure prompt and accurate completion.
• Participate in ongoing training: cGMP, technical skills, safety, performance improvement.
• Document control using Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Clean all surfaces within controlled environments, including ceilings, walls, equipment, and floors.
• Familiarize yourself with customer standard operating procedures, including documentation.
• Identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in cross-training other Controlled Contamination Services personnel.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required.
• Previous work experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
