About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The Supply Chain Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the shipping and receiving of goods and materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Quality Control: Inspect received materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with external contract sites to coordinate shipments of drug product and samples.
Requirements
  • Strong Shipping Skills: Ability to ship GMP bulk drug substance, intermediates, and QC samples with IATA/DOT 19 CFR Certification.
  • Communication and Analytical Abilities: Strong communication, analytical ability, organization, and writing skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work in a team setting or independently as well.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • GMP Experience: 2+ years of GMP materials management experience.
  • IATA or 49CFR Qualified: IATA or 49CFR qualified.
Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
