About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Alpha Supported Living Services. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting functional assessments, generating related Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), and ensuring the effective implementation of the PBSP through staff training and consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write Functional Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans for each client contracted to receive BCBA funding
  • Provide training and consultation to staff to ensure effective implementation of plans
  • Collect and compile data of applicable target and replacement behaviors

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
  • At least one year of experience working in social services, preferably in the field of I/DD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities)
  • Washington State Driver's License, current vehicle insurance, and able to be covered on Alpha Supported Living Services' automobile insurance based upon driving record
