The National Service Bureau (NSB) is in search of enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to fill the role of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Our Admin and Client Services Team plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional office and administrative support, ensuring we meet our clients' needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming calls
- Manage paperwork, correspondence, and electronic communications
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Perform data entry and retrieval tasks
- Prepare and send confidential documents
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets and reports
- Execute scanning, faxing, and filing duties
- Order and manage office supplies
- Assist in the preparation of company meetings and events

Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
