Team Overview

Our Tax Services teams provide high-quality tax solutions to a diverse range of clients, including publicly and privately held middle-market companies, not-for-profit organizations, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare tax returns along with supporting documentation for various entities, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and non-profits.
  • Conduct research and provide consultation on various tax-related projects.
  • Address inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Prepare extensions and quarterly tax estimates.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required; a Master of Tax is preferred.
  • Master of Tax or JD/LLM is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
  • Prior experience in a public accounting firm is preferred.
  • CPA or licensed attorney status is preferred; if not, candidates must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA or attorney licensure in their state upon hire.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and research abilities are necessary.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to professional growth and development.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills are important.
  • Ability to follow directions and exercise sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations, which may involve occasional overnight stays.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
