Employee Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Specialist to join our team at Gray Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's 401K and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs.
Key Responsibilities- 401K Administration: Set up new hires for the Gray Retirement Savings plan, including accurate data entry, data uploads, and follow-up with team members until enrollment is complete.
- ESOP Management: Process weekly files for 401K contributions, complete quarterly self-audits of 401K contributions, and assist with 401K mergers for newly acquired companies.
- Plan Maintenance: Manage Retirement Savings plan voluntary corrections, assist with annual non-discrimination testing, and resolve team member inquiries regarding the 401K and ESOP in a timely and thorough manner.
- Compliance and Reporting: Assist with annual census compilation, complete annual mailings for the 401K and ESOP, and manage annual ESOP distributions and diversifications process.
- Communication and Training: Provide team member ESOP and 401K education and training, and maintain ESOP administration timeline to ensure all deadlines are met.
- A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- A minimum of four years related experience and/or training in retirement plans, benefits, finance, or human resources.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
