Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing a Fortune 500 company, building brand awareness, and acquiring new customers at one of America's largest retail chains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the brand of a Fortune 500 company in a retail store setting, building brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Support one of our largest sales programs in the U.S., generating new business opportunities and acquiring new credit card customers.
  • Engage and educate customers to provide excellent customer service, building brand loyalty, and laying the foundation for a strong customer experience.
  • Work independently at retail locations, maximizing sales while enhancing customers' in-store experience.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow policies and procedures around sales, operations, theft/fraud, health/safety, and more.
  • Work in close partnership with field leadership and other members of your regional team to increase sales and improve customer service.
What You'll Receive
  • An hourly base plus uncapped bonuses, with all-in compensation ranging from $40,000 to $60,000+ annually, with top reps earning $80,000-$100,000 per year.

Requirements
  • An independent self-starter mentality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and/or customer service experience, especially within a retail setting.
  • The ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for sales and customer service.
  • A hunger to earn a higher income in an uncapped commission sales environment.
Notes
  • You will be working multiple stores within your geographical region and must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Travel options are available to high performers who are interested.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must have the ability to move around a retail store for extended periods of time.
  • You must follow Safety Protocols accordingly.
  • We offer up to $800 for referral bonuses.
