Role Overview

As an HR Generalist, you will collaborate closely with the HR Director to ensure adherence to HR regulations, manage employee benefits and leave policies, and oversee compensation and wellness initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass leading HR staff, facilitating employee relations, conducting training sessions, and managing special projects. Key tasks include updating compensation records, conducting employee orientations, and coordinating wellness programs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, along with a minimum of two years of HR experience. To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a keen attention to detail.

Additionally, a solid understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and personnel policies is essential. Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information and meeting deadlines under pressure are critical components of this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
