Job Summary

The Director of Market Operations will oversee daily operations for a group of multi-specialty dental practices, providing leadership, direction, and support to Office Managers to ensure financial and operational success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gaining the trust and respect of Office Managers
  • Maintaining compliance to procedure and protocols in the office
  • Providing strong financial results while prioritizing Patient Care and Patient Satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Three to five years of multi-unit DSO experience
  • Working knowledge of financial statements
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independent self-starter with excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong knowledge of dental practice management software, Dentrix preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours and travel regularly throughout the assigned area
