Job Description

**About Us**

Laura Lyons is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with cash handling, credit card processing, and counting down drawers.
  • Work with the sandwich assembly station, expo station, and take-out window to ensure efficient service.
  • Perform side work, including preparing sauces and assembling take-out boxes.
  • Restock stations, paper goods, and other supplies as needed.
  • Participate in nightly cleaning with the closing team.
  • May be required to work opening shifts on occasion.
  • Assist with training and development of front-of-house staff.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Front of House Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
