We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Love & Honey Fried Chicken in Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front of house team, ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth dining experience.
  • Supervise take-out window operations, including order taking and customer assistance.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, counting down drawers and maintaining accuracy.
  • Assist with sandwich assembly, expo station, and side work, including preparing sauces and assembling take-out boxes.
  • Restock stations, paper goods, and other supplies as needed.
  • Participate in nightly cleaning with the closing team.
  • May be required to work opening shifts on occasion.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front of house role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
