Job Summary:

Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual for the role of Industrial Security Analyst. This position is tailored for BSNC shareholders or their descendants and involves a comprehensive range of responsibilities in support of Industrial Security across various subsidiaries and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Personnel Security Program in alignment with established guidelines.
  • Work autonomously or under the guidance of the Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain and organize Personnel Security documentation for all subsidiaries and joint ventures.
  • Review and validate Industrial Security records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage databases and spreadsheets related to personnel security clearances for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Conduct security briefings and debriefings for employees, ensuring adherence to operational security protocols.
  • Facilitate the out-processing of employees from classified contracts, ensuring all security requirements are met.
  • Utilize government software applications for security clearance processes and maintain updated records.
  • Assist in the development and revision of Industrial Security policies and procedures.
  • Support contract start-ups and close-outs with necessary security measures.
  • Provide administrative support to office staff and maintain organized electronic and paper files.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be a verified shareholder or descendant of a shareholder of BSNC.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in relevant security disciplines.
  • Proficiency in using security software applications.
  • Completion of the CDSE Facility Security Officer Training Course is preferred.

Work Environment:

This role is primarily office-based, requiring extensive use of computers and standard office equipment. Occasional travel may be necessary.
