Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Hospice Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Southeast region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia.

About the Role

  • This is a hands-on position that requires a strong leader who can develop, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you will work closely with C-Suite level executives and customers to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement segment strategies to achieve regional goals.
  • Lead and communicate segment forecasts, resource needs, and customer communication.
  • Mentor and develop sales directors/leaders.
  • Analyze competition and deploy sales growth tactics to deliver company budgeted revenue and margin targets.
  • Present proposals to improve Aveanna Healthcare's overall performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Six years of hospice sales experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Current driver's license and acceptable MVR.
