POSITION SUMMARY
As an Events Management Specialist, you will undertake essential administrative tasks to bolster the Sales & Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing documentation related to sales processes, including proposals, contracts, and event orders.
  • Enhancing brand visibility both internally and externally.
  • Compiling materials and creating information packages, such as brochures and promotional content.
  • Utilizing effective sales strategies to optimize revenue while ensuring guest loyalty.
  • Entering, retrieving, and verifying information within sales-related software.

In this role, you will also:

  • Address inquiries from guests regarding facilities and services.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, responding to their queries via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a professional appearance and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Safeguard company assets and foster a welcoming environment for all guests by:

  • Recognizing and addressing guest needs with genuine appreciation.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients.
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation with accuracy.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with team members to achieve collective goals.

Additionally, you will be expected to comply with quality assurance standards and perform physical tasks as necessary, such as moving and handling light objects.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role.
Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification:
None required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $29.50 to $31.00 per hour.
