Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Spindle Repair Facility.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a machine tool industry-related company. They will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of all production-related associates, interfacing with sales, customers, and other locations to provide assistance related to repair and remanufacturing activities, and training and monitoring associates in all aspects of their required duties within established corporate methods and procedures to meet company quality and delivery metrics.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for monitoring day-to-day product flow to achieve company delivery targets and revenue goals, managing and coordinating employee utilization based on needs and customer requirements, visiting customer sites to resolve issues, obtain knowledge, build relationships, and identify new opportunities, managing inventory, operational costs, and budgets, and helping build a positive culture of cooperation, teamwork, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and coordinate activities of all production-related associates.
•Interface with sales, customers, and other locations to provide assistance related to repair and remanufacturing activities.
•Train and monitor associates in all aspects of their required duties within established corporate methods and procedures to meet company quality and delivery metrics.
•Monitor day-to-day product flow to achieve company delivery targets and revenue goals.
•Manage and coordinate employee utilization based on needs and customer requirements.
•Visit customer sites to resolve issues, obtain knowledge, build relationships, and identify new opportunities.
•Manage inventory, operational costs, and budgets.
Requirements:
•5 years of management experience in a machine tool industry-related company.
•Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
•Excellent communication skills-ability to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally on the telephone and the ability to write clearly and succinctly through email communication.
•Basic understanding of fundamental accounting principles and negotiating skills.
•4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
