Quality Control Operations Specialist

The HT Group is seeking a Quality Control Operations Specialist to oversee quality control as relates to daily site work and reporting to ensure compliance. This role will manage daily quality control and document control operations in the field and office, verifying project conformance with approved submittals and proper handling/storage of materials. The ideal candidate will ensure project teams follow their quality management plan, participate in meetings, conduct site visits and inspections, and read and understand specifications, codes, and standards.

Requirements:
  • Experience with Quality Control Operations (QA/QC)
  • Knowledge of Construction Standards and Best Practices
  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • Excellent analytical skills, organized, systematic, and effective in group problem-solving
  • Ability to supervise performance and document daily progress
  • Proficient in Procore, Viewpoint, SharePoint, MS Office
  • Bilingual English & Spanish (preferred)
  • Experience in Steel Structures, Reinforced Concrete, or Ironwork (preferred)
