Job Overview

As a Restaurant Service Manager at Gecko Hospitality, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and service experiences to our guests. This role requires a strong leader who can manage and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and guest satisfaction through effective management of front-of-house operations.
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies and ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
  • Oversee and approve front-of-house systems, including training and development programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage liquor orders and control costs.
  • Assist in the development of key hourly employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline of front-of-house staff.
  • Cross-train staff and oversee their development.
  • Direct work for front-of-house employees, including setting hours and schedules.
  • Create a fun and safe environment by following core values and operational goals.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of the restaurant at all times.
  • Manage compliance with responsible alcohol service training requirements.
