Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team of licensed therapists. As a Therapist at NOCD Inc., you will provide top-notch care to our members through diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via our video platform.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert care to individuals with OCD, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
- Manage your caseload and schedule, ensuring timely and effective treatment for our members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Participate in regular clinical consultation, training, and professional development opportunities to advance your knowledge and skills in treating OCD.
- Collaborate with our network of providers to develop and reinforce treatment decisions, ensuring comprehensive care for our members.
- Full and unrestricted license to practice in your state.
- Masters Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work).
- At least 6 months of experience with evidence-based therapies, preferably including ERP and CBT.
- Knowledge and experience with treating OCD is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable and efficient with using technology to communicate and document patient care.
- A commitment to clinical excellence and providing high-quality care to our members.
