Primary Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients with mental illness or those struggling with substance abuse.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, counseling, and clinical interventions to a designated caseload
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy, and participate in the coordination and delivery of patient care
- Communicate effectively with internal and external care providers to ensure seamless care delivery
- Master's Degree or PhD in a Human Services field
- 2-5 years of mental health experience
- Compassionate, kind, and patient-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills
- LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, or permit holder in one of these professions

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week, 10 months) located in the Brockport School District. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a passion for working in a school-based setting.
