Primary Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Primary Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with them to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients, working collaboratively with them to achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that integrate initial assessments, coordinate care with primary medical providers, and continually evaluate and revise treatment plans based on current assessments.
- Manage a dynamic caseload, ensuring quality care throughout each case.
- Masters Degree in Human Services field required.
- Two years of mental health experience preferred.
- LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT or permit holder in one of these professions required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and hearing benefits, 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off, and holidays. We also offer tuition reimbursements, student loan repayment assistance, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
