Primary Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental illness or those struggling with substance abuse.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans in collaboration with care providers
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to ensure quality care
- Master's degree in a Human Services field
- 2-5 years of mental health experience
- Strong communication and evaluation skills
- LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, or permit holder in one of these professions
