Primary Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with them to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a dynamic caseload and opportunities for professional growth and development. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,500.00 - $70,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment assistance, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor and evaluate treatment plans, making adjustments as needed
- Masters degree in a human services field
- Two years of mental health experience preferred
- LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, or permit holder in one of these professions required
