Primary Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Primary Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental illness or those struggling with substance abuse.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy
- Communicate with internal and external care providers
- Document patient information in a timely and comprehensive manner
- Master's degree in Human Services or related field
- 2-5 years of mental health experience
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and computer skills
- LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, or permit holder in one of these professions
