Primary Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with them to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a dynamic caseload and opportunities for professional growth and development. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment assistance, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with patients and other resources to review objectives and outcomes of care
- Continually evaluate and revise treatment plans based on current assessment
- Maintain a dynamic caseload and ensure quality care throughout each case
- Masters degree in a human services field required
- Two years of mental health experience preferred
- LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, or permit holder in one of these professions required
- Limited permit or license required within 1 year of hire
This role requires sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
