Job Title: Bartender

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Food & Beverage Managers

Summary

The Bartender position is responsible for setting up assigned bar areas, working efficiently to ensure a quality experience for our guests, and communicating with management and other service staff regarding guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bar Setup and Maintenance

Set up bar areas by opening time, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.

2. Drink Service

Fulfill drink orders for guests and servers in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. Knowledge and Skills

Learn and maintain knowledge of our dining room drink menus, ensuring accurate and efficient service.

4. Cleanliness and Organization

Keep work areas clean and organized during shifts, adhering to company standards.

5. Closing Duties

Perform closing duties, including restocking, cleaning bar areas, sweeping, and mopping after every shift.

6. Communication

Communicate any inquiries, special requests, complaints, or compliments to Food & Beverage Managers on duty.

7. Adaptability

Perform other related duties as assigned, adapting to changing situations and priorities.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Some knowledge of preparing drinks is preferred.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED.

While performing the duties, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach/carry with hands and arms, and must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
