- Prepare and organize client forms and files, both in hardcopy and electronically.
- Support data collection for regular reporting as needed.
- Utilize standard office equipment and software applications effectively.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Understanding of basic office administration principles and practices.
- Familiarity with billing systems, insurance verifications, and medical terminology.
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Respect for confidentiality regarding agency and client information.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of 6 months of administrative or clerical experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Working Conditions:
Hours: Regular business hours with potential for additional hours as needed.
Travel: Generally, no travel is required.
Environment: Work will be conducted in a climate-controlled office setting.
