Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, payroll, and commission processing
  • Execute the member onboarding process, including property tours, contract uploads, and communication with new members
  • Manage membership relationships through one-on-one interactions, networking events, and participation in programming events
  • Conduct monthly bulk billing for memberships, contact unpaid accounts, and apply late fees as necessary
  • Report and distribute membership metrics to hotel departments to aid in marketing, pricing, and membership decisions
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in guest service or management
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a commitment to guest service
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities
