Job Title: Assistant Clinical Specialist

Imagine Staffing Technology is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Clinical Specialist to join our client, a global dental company in Amherst, NY. This role will support the Education and Professional Services department by providing clinical expertise to dental customers in both administrative and operatory activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical expertise in complaint management and troubleshooting, including attendance at Complaints Handling meetings within the CCH system.
  • Document materials, test methods, and communication within the CCH system, ensuring accuracy according to all FDA regulations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as mailings, customer communications, evaluations, and task follow-up related to the complaint management process.
  • Conduct material evaluations as related to compliant handling and provide internal and external customers with troubleshooting (clinical techniques and materials) as needed.
  • Manage operatory activities by scheduling, communicating, and assisting dentists chairside to perform operatory procedures, including ordering and organization of products in the operatory.
  • Facilitate marketing and educational assets by coordinating activities in the operatory and support departmental activities like KOL visits/events, sunshine, mailing of KOL packages.
  • Assist in the management of KOL platform and support continuums by managing, ordering, and documenting materials support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Dental related degree, certificate, or dental assisting experience required
  • Prior clinical experience desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and strong interpersonal, time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a team setting and to follow specific work instructions and procedures
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office
