Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at The Clorox Company. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will provide strategic support to our EVP, Group President, and other senior leaders, driving business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the Care & Connection operating agenda, including building focus areas, meeting agendas, and facilitating key topics.
- Implement and enable business performance metrics tools and routines for Group and SBUs, including progress against key targets and metrics.
- Enable the implementation of enterprise operating processes and capabilities into the SBUs, including integrated annual and multi-year planning.
- Understand enterprise priorities and agendas for key executive teams and ensure seamless connection between them.
- Facilitate effective on-going Group communication and coordination via managing Teams channels, meeting notes, and communication tools.
- Strategically advise and support Group President enterprise initiatives and special projects.
- Identify and remove waste in operational processes, routines, and reporting.
- Minimum 8+ years in roles of increasing responsibility in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and/or management consulting.
- Experience in management consulting or similar work, with a strong track record of developing novel solutions to business challenges.
- High level of comfort working in ambiguity and developing novel solutions to business challenges.
- Strong communication skills, particularly written, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into clear executive communication materials.

The salary range for this role is $171,700 - $352,600, depending on location and experience. This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
