About Your Work

The Chief of Staff for the Chief Executive Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and supporting the CEO in various strategic and operational tasks. This role requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, as well as excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and business plans.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage critical projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's goals.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring efficient communication and information flow.
  • Scheduling: Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, planning travel, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Advisory Role: Provide recommendations and consultation to department leaders to improve teamwork and operational efficiency.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Representation: Represent the CEO in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Draft letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Physical Requirements

This role involves working in an office environment, with a part to full-time schedule. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork, the activity level is sedentary, with most work done at a desk.
