We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception and Clerical Support Specialist to join our team at the Satellite Building. As a key member of our office staff, you will provide exceptional reception and clerical assistance to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, parents, and staff, including greeting and directing visitors, maintaining a visitor log, and issuing visitor passes.
- Assist with the receipt and distribution of assessment materials, mail, messages, documents, and other deliveries.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide support with scheduling appointments, compiling reports, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of clerical experience in an office setting preferred.
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and standard office equipment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time position that may require prolonged or irregular hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain emotional control under stress.
