Job Title: Portfolio Community Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Portfolio Community Manager to join our team at Bryten Real Estate Partners. As a Portfolio Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the property team in daily operations, maintaining an engaging and motivating presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage maintenance and team schedules, ensuring accountability and performance.
  • Effectively coach and develop the team, promoting an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage budget, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices, utilizing software to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review processed applications, background and credit checks, ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as conducting file audits and filing taxes.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, applicants, and team members, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Inspect property conditions, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Investigate complaints and resolve conflicts, securing property and implementing safety precautions as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience, with a strong background in property management.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with excellent time management and scheduling abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Property Management Software database experience preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.
