Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Strategic Realty Consultants, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property transactions, from contract to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with working on the support side for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
• Oversee all contracts through closing – Transaction Coordination
• Assist with maintaining Agent calendars, follow ups, etc.
• Maintain Client Database and Database Communication
• Add new listings to company website that is currently being established for SRC Local Markets
• Prepare all marketing packets for Open Houses, New Listings, Properties Sold
• Deliver high-quality customer service and represent the company with integrity.
• Each member of our team is expected to have independent accountability for results.
• Other daily operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of real estate administration and transactional experience preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred, but not required
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• We are looking for a professional, sharp, and easily adaptable individual that understands success comes through hard work and tenacity. This person is teachable, a great communicator, excellent at customer service and detail oriented.
• You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
• You are someone who doesn't make excuses and isn't satisfied meeting expectations but exceeding them.
• Should be a friendly and responsive team member with a strong sense of duty.
• Problem-solving and engaging the commitment of others is essential. You must have self-assurance and the confidence to purposely drive toward results. When coordinating with all parties, a thorough, but pleasant follow-up will be needed.
