Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Process sales transactions accurately and consistently
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
