Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide high-level negotiation and diplomacy to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Assist customers with new and existing accounts, account billing, and payment information
  • Resolve customer inquiries in an efficient and effective manner
  • Make discretionary decisions in granting financial and non-financial assistance to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service changes to provide accurate information to customers
  • Demonstrate active listening skills and show empathy and patience in a non-scripted environment
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills
