Regional Corporate Registered Dietitian

Are you a seasoned registered dietitian looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Do you have a passion for leading and mentoring a team of registered dietitians and clinical managers? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Corporate Registered Dietitian to join our team at HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and mentor registered dietitians and clinical nutrition managers to ensure clinical competency and productivity.
  • Monitor dietitians' individual competency for regulatory compliance and perform assessments as needed.
  • Work closely with corporate and regional RDs to improve corporate clinical nutrition programs and ensure state and federal regulatory guidelines are adhered to.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient satisfaction and safety, and ensure adequate clinical coverage.
  • Guide patient services team in patient safety and satisfaction, and complete clinical and sanitation survey readiness audits.
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with Commission of Dietetic Registration and Licensed Nutritionist (LDN) or Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN), as required per state regulations.
  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical management role, with expert knowledge of regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer programs, with ability to travel 50% of the time within an assigned area.
