Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Advanced Call Center Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Solicit customer feedback to improve service and identify areas for growth
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous call center experience or customer service background preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
