Job Title: Program Monitor and Evaluator

Collaborative Solutions for Communities is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Monitor and Evaluator to join our team. As a key member of our program team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our results-based accountability vision and framework in the planning and implementation of all CSC programmatic activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data collection systems to track program outcomes and ensure timely reporting compliance.
  • Provide technical support to staff to enhance their capacity in developing specific plans and outcomes, and in their required on-going monitoring and reporting.
  • Ensure consistent contract compliance across the range of CSC activity.
  • Serve as liaison with partners, community, and stakeholders to provide technical assistance or capacity building training as may be required to implement contracts.
  • Conduct monthly case file auditing using case management data software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Represent CSC at various outcomes-related events.
Requirements:
  • One to two years' experience in community-based social service organizations, with a minimum of two years' proven data collection and data collection systems management experience.
  • Track record in development and on-going implementation of effective monitoring and accountability systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, experience working with multicultural populations, and capacity to work in harmony and productively with colleagues and partners at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiar with diverse data collection systems, and strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to research and synthesize information, and some research, grant writing, and project coordination experience desired.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as Quality Control Management or related field such as Mass Communication, etc., with at least three (4) years of demonstrated experience.
  • Experience in using HMIS, ETO, and client management systems, preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • Commitment to excellence and the energy, enthusiasm, and innovative thinking necessary to lead a dynamic and diverse program.
