Front Desk Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Lithia Springs Resort. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet and check guests in/out efficiently and professionally, ensuring accurate and timely information and services.
  • Payment Processing: Process guest payments and obtain necessary identification, maintaining a high level of security and confidentiality.
  • Special Requests: Communicate and fulfill special guest requests, responding promptly and positively to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Complaint Resolution: Manage and resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive outcome for the guest.
  • Phone Calls: Answer phone calls promptly and route them appropriately, ensuring efficient communication and resolution.
  • Amenity Promotion: Promote hotel amenities, events, and special packages to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Shift Communication: Communicate effectively with other shifts, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining a high level of service.
  • Daily Tasks: Complete daily checklist tasks, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately, reconciling shift transactions and preparing cash drops as needed.
  • Vehicle Operations: Drive company vehicles as needed, ensuring safe and responsible operation.
  • Guest Services: Manage guest mail, messages, and wake-up calls, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
