Site Manager Field Supervisor

E2 Optics is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager Field Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of our low-voltage solutions, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of field technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management or engineering
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in telecommunications or low-voltage management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
