Actalent is seeking a highly skilled Site Superintendent to join our team. As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of data centers and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating the final schedule with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal scheduling staff.
  • Provide input on the schedule of values and update project completion percentages for billing purposes.
  • Policing site logistics for maximum efficiency and ensuring client operations are never interrupted.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Director to maintain strict compliance with the organization's safety plan.
  • Direct the overall site management of assigned construction projects.
  • Plan and set project schedule objectives, goals, and deadlines.
  • Review and select appropriate construction methods and strategies.
  • Report on status and progress of project and budget matters to the supervisor.
  • Facilitate the execution of the project field installation phase.
  • Produce and maintain all required project documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate work for project staff.
  • Ensure labor continuity in case of labor disruption or threat of disruption.
  • Provide ample communication to the client to ensure project schedule is maintained in case of disruption.
  • Collaborate with the client to accommodate union and/or non-union labor disputes.
  • Implement and maintain the organization's quality control plan for the project.
  • Communicate any quality concerns to the Construction Manager and collaborate to develop action plans.
  • Implement action plans without disruption to the schedule unless agreed to by the client.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in field construction supervision as a superintendent.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification required.
  • 2+ years of experience on data centers or heavy electrical/MEP experience.
  • Professional Procore experience.
