In this role, the Account Executive acts as a liaison between our healthcare providers and hospitals/medical institutions to aid in the placement of qualified candidates. This position requires a blend of sales and recruiting skills, with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop and engage with a pipeline of healthcare professionals to introduce job opportunities and build quality relationships
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including referrals, job postings, and social media platforms, to find qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with our partnered institutions to obtain job orders and details, provide qualified candidates, and coordinate candidate activity
  • Pitch and sell our staffing services to institutions to build rapport and gain new clients
  • Work with our diverse team of professionals to close deals
  • Plan and organize daily sales call activities to optimize time and meet quotas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not necessary
