Neuropsych Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuropsych Sales Specialist to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Neuropsychiatry field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and office staff.
- Provide product demonstrations, detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers.
- Consult with healthcare professionals to promote our products and provide patient education.
- Regularly review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Maintain a high level of call activity with healthcare providers, focusing on top target customers.
- Apply creative problem-solving techniques to improve performance and company effectiveness.
- Adhere to all Teva's compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve all sales performance goals and objectives for the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of three years of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven record of accomplishments in the Neuropsychiatry market, meeting established objectives.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact with healthcare professionals in face-to-face and virtual environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing is preferred.
- New product launch experience is preferred.
- Broad therapeutic area experience, particularly in Neuropsychiatry, is preferred.
- Candidate must be able to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Ability to travel as required, including overnight and/or weekend travel.
- Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
