You will be responsible for understanding Orkin's termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers. This includes performing 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between, solving problems, and building trusted relationships with customers. You will also be responsible for prioritizing safety in all responsibilities, conducting yourself with professionalism and integrity, and serving as an empathetic problem solver for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers
  • Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between
  • Solve problems and build trusted relationships with customers
  • Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
  • Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity
  • Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers
  • Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
  • Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of the customers' homes
  • Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified
  • Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized
